Made of glass   

Ingredientes:

- 1 paquete y 1/2 (aproximadamente) de galletas maría hojaldradas.

- 1 bote de nata montada.

- 1/2 litro de café (aproximadamente) recién hecho.

- 1a pizca de canela

Preparación:

1. Preparar el café y verterlo en un bol o plato, donde deje espacio para mojar las galletas.
2. Preparar una fuente bien limpia, bol o molde de aluminio de un solo uso.
3. Sumergir (vuelta y vuelta) las galletas, una a una en el café, e ir poniéndolas en el fondo del recipiente elegido.
4. Cuando el fondo esté cubierto, poner una capa de nata montada, untada con un cuchillo romo (por ejemplo).
5. Volver a sumergir las galletas una a una y cubrir la nata.
6. Repetir el proceso de la nata montada, y después el de las galletas.
7. Meter al congelador un rato, alrededor de una hora y desmoldar con cuidado.
8. Luego recubrir la primera capa de galletas con nata, untándola de nuevo, y desgajar una galleta por encima (para que queden miguitas croncanti). También se le puede espolvorear un poco de canela al gusto.
